We all are aware of the condition of cervical which mostly causes stiffness and pain. It usually occurs in middle aged and elderly people.   • In most cases, aging is the major factor for developing cervical. Usually people who are older than age 50, their discs between the vertebrae provide less cushioning and become less spongy. Due to aging, the bones and ligaments get thicker and intrude into the space of the spinal canal.

  • Headache originated from the neck
  • Pain in the shoulder or arms
  • Inability to bend or turn the neck
  • Grinding noise or sensation when the neck is turned
