Risk Factors and Symptoms of Cervical Pain!

We all are aware of the condition of cervical which mostly causes stiffness and pain. It usually occurs in middle aged and elderly people. Risk factors In most cases, aging is the major factor for developing cervical. Usually people who are older than age 50, their discs between the vertebrae provide less cushioning and become less spongy. Due to aging, the bones and ligaments get thicker and intrude into the space of the spinal canal. Well another factor could be chronic pain induced due to an old neck injury. There are certain occupations which require to put stress on the neck. For example, athletes and gymnasts put a lot of stress on their neck as it is required by their occupation. A common factor other than aging is poor posture which plays a major role in the development of spinal changes that may r
